Come and join Cat in the first of our two Dru Yoga sessions.
Dru Yoga is a graceful form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation.
If you’re feeling agitated, Dru Yoga will bring you calmness. If you’re feeling exhausted, it will give you energy. If you’re feeling anxious, it will bring you peace.
Dru is for people of all ages and fitness levels. Cat has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years.
What is ‘Me Time’?
‘Me Time’ is a chance to do something for your own enjoyment. These online sessions are a place where you can get involved in a range of activities that you may not be able to do normally and explore new opportunities. We will be doing all sorts of things ranging from group viewings of the great wonders of the world to physical exercise to relaxation and mindfulness and so much more.
These sessions are all about you and your wellbeing.
Come along and have some fun, take a break from your daily routine and share different experiences whilst in the company of other carers.
