The Caffi Cofio group meets at Neuadd Bentref Llanddona Village Hall on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, 2.00pm – 4.00pm.
It’s a free service at the moment, and is for anybody living in the area who is feeling a bit isolated, or for anybody who needs support. It’s a very friendly and welcoming group, where everybody can have a good chat over a cuppa.
Transport to and from the group can be arranged; it’s organised by the Seiriol Good Turn Scheme, with a small fee.
The Caffi Cofio group has just started, but has been well attended. Our first meeting was just a ‘get to know you’ session, and during the last group we
had a short Chair Yoga session, which was very relaxing.
Each week will be slightly different, with poetry and music, for example, and we’ll be led by requests from the members.
